Weatherproof Outdoor Electrical Enclosure with Shelves and Fan Vent (20x16x8)

The SOLICASE electrical box is made of high-quality galvanized plate, featuring a zinc coating on its surface. Zinc plating is an economical and effective rust-proofing method often used. The box's surface is adorned with a high-temperature white UV coating, which gives it a beautiful appearance and stronger rust-resistant properties (the coating meets the standard of no foaming, non-shedding, no cracking, no powdering, and no rusting in working conditions of 100-800℃).

For easy installation and use, the weatherproof electrical box comes with all necessary accessories, including 3 mounting shelves, a 10cm long DIN C45 rail (for air switch or power source installation), 2 screws for top roof installation, 10 screws for internal mounting shelf installation, 1 rubber ring, and 1 stainless steel key.

The box's right and left sides feature window-blind designs for heat dissipation and dust-proofing. The bottom of the box has a reserved Φ50mm hole for cable in-outlet, with a rubber ring for waterproofing. Each corner has a Φ6mm hole to support screw installation on the floor (explosion screws need to be purchased separately). If installed on a wall or pole, the 4 holes also aid in heat dissipation.

The overall size of the electrical case is 50x40x20cm (20x16x8"), while the size without the roof is 45x35x19cm (18x14x7"). The top view features a Φ5cm (1.97") hole, with the center of the round hole to the edge distance being 6.5cm (2.60").

A cooling fan installation hole is reserved on the top side of the SOLICASE electrical box, with support for 80x80mm (3.15x3.15") and 90x90mm (3.54x3.54") fan sizes. The installation process is straightforward, requiring only 4 screws and nuts.

The SOLICASE electrical box is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use, with various installation options: floor-mounted (with free accessories or 4pcs Φ6mm screws, which need to be purchased separately), wall-mounted (with 4pcs brackets, available in our shop), or pole-mounted (with 2pcs stainless steel belts, available in our shop).

The high-quality aluminum hinge used in the SOLICASE electrical box allows the door to open up to 180°, providing convenient access for installation and maintenance. The strong combination of the body and door ensures a perfect fit, with flexible, non-locking operation.

The SOLICASE electrical box features a 304 stainless steel key and lock, which are strong and rust-resistant, preventing breakage or blockage in emergency situations. The lock also has a waterproof plastic cover to protect the keycore.
